When we needed to have our HVAC replaced back in March, Dave came out to help us figure out what unit would work best for our application. He seamlessly installed it with zero impact on the day to day running of the business (with a building full of dogs). He worked continuously from removal of the old unit to the installation of the new unit, while keeping everything clean all the way through the process. Not only does the new unit run better and quieter, it is vastly more efficient on energy usage. From having to use several other HVAC companies in the past, I can say using Landgarten Heating & Air Conditioning is a night and day difference, and we will definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommend.

Dave responded quickly to our AC needs when it was not working. He was thorough and explained the work that he had to do in order for us to feel comfortable. He was on time, reliable and easy to talk to. We will definitely use him for all of our HVAC needs!

Our AC broke on the first hot day of the year. Dave was able to come out the following morning. He was on time and had all of the work completed within a couple of hours. We were so thankful to Dave for repairing our system on such short notice.

Dave came out on a holiday (July 4th, 2018 - one of the hottest days this year) without hesitation. He quickly diagnosed an electrical problem with our outdoor unit and fixed it. Pricing was transparent and fair. Dave does quality work and stands behind it. I could not recommend Langarten HVAC more highly!!!

Dave was the absolute best at a time when no one else was coming out to help us. Our previous heating company was of no help. Dave came out at 8pm and through his determination to complete the job stayed until 2:30am, even thou he had two more jobs that morning. He got the system working and we had heat again. I had some issues with my HVAC system and a neighbor suggested Dave. I called several companies and Dave. Dave was the easiest to work with and was very accommodating with scheduling and price point was spot on. Dave showed up when he said he would and did a fantastic job. Dave put tarps down in the basement where he was working and when he was done everything was clean. I would highly recommend Dave.

Had new furnace installed after yearly check helped us recognize how dangerous and broken ours was. They were efficient, helped us understand the problem and replaced the furnace within the next couple of days during a snowstorm. It’s now working great and the pricing options were reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Whenever we have work done in our house, we heavily rely on personal recommendations of friends and family. Dave / Landgarten Heating and Air Conditioning came highly recommended to me by two separate clients when we were in need of a local HVAC company to check on our AC in the peak of summer. I checked out his website and was impressed to find that the actual owner of the company would be the attending tech. His online scheduling tool was easy to use and his pricing transparency led me to know exactly what we could expect to be charged. His communication was top-notch leading up to our appointment and he arrived on time. At my home he was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He got right to work, gave me several tips, and even applied some extra insulation to our outdoor unit but at no extra cost (when does that happen nowadays?). We look forward to having Dave Landgarten back in the fall to prepare us for the cold winter months too. I bought a house and could not move in until the air conditioner was fixed. Dave evaluated the system and reccomended a split heat pump system which is fantastic Landgarten is professional and works fast. Great guy too.

We woke up and discovered our ac unit was leaking in our finished basement. In a panic, we called Landgarten based off a recommendation. They came the same day, within hours, and took care of everything. Their tech was very friendly and careful coming in and around the house with 3 cats and a 1 year old. Price was very reasonable and I felt cared for every step of the way.

Called this Company Sunday August 4, 2019, Got a voice mail saying they were out, leave a message and they would return my call. They returned my call, after explaining my problem, I was told the problem may be in the wiring. I was asked to describe my wiring, since I had attempted to replace a thermostat myself. They resolve my issue over the phone, what other company would something like that, I cannot stop telling people about this experience.

Dave is Fantastic, calls back, follows up and did a great job on the installation of my Bosch Heat Pump. I called 6 places including my oil company about replacing my Air Conditioning Unit. Dave got back to me right away, gave me the option of getting a heat pump to save additional money on heating oil and explained how the high efficiency unit would pay back on my investment. I got a proposal and he installed the new unit and removed the old system. I have a smart thermostat I am still learning how to use, a new lined chimney to be up to code and a SUPER efficient heating and cooling system. It is November 15th and my oil burner has still not turned on. Normally I use between 1,000 and 1,500 gallons of oil in a season to heat my house at $3.00-3.50/Gallon. Do the math!!! The unit was installed at the beginning of June and it appears to have saved about $100/month on cooling. In this day and age of big companies that want to sell you what they have, don't care if you get what you need and don't follow up to see how it is going --It is a pleasure to have hired Dave to my work.I WOULD RECOMMEND LANDGARTEN HVAC TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!! Landgarten Heating & Air was the best investment I could’ve made for my heater. He is honest and doesn’t over charge. In fact he goes above and beyond to assure everything is working right. He worked on our mobile home heater and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again! Whether you live in a house or mobile home this is your guy!

Thank you for the service. This company was recommended to me on Nextdoor app. I called Dave and he arrived to my place to fix my heater that was not pushing hot air. This was an emergency, a day or two before Christmas. He fixed the problem and I am forever grateful.Thank you

So we were told by another HVAC guy that we needed a new furnace. I called Dave for an estimate and he came right over. He took a look and stuck with it until he found the problem. He said he took it as a challenge. He diagnosed and fixed the problem the other guy couldn't fix. So now we're up and running and he will be the guy we call when we upgrade to a new furnace.

Needed a new service provider for general HVAC repair work. After reading many very positive reviews about Landgarten, I reach out to them for service. I can now attest to the fact that the 5 Star rating they have historically receive is accurate. Very quick to respond. Very professional, going above and beyond what was expected.
